We are hiring an experienced Plant Manager Poultry Pre-Mix for a reputed manufacturing client based in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in the poultry industry, specifically in poultry pre-mix production, with hands-on experience in setting up and managing plant operations.

This role demands leadership in driving efficiency, quality, and safety across plant operations, while ensuring seamless production of poultry feed pre-mixes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee complete operations of the Poultry Pre-Mix manufacturing plant.
• Lead the setup and commissioning of new pre-mix production lines and equipment.
• Manage and optimize production processes to achieve efficiency, quality, and cost targets.
• Monitor raw material usage, inventory levels, and production planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with R&D and procurement teams for formulation and raw material sourcing.
• Train and lead plant staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and ensure minimum downtime.
• Prepare reports on plant performance, production output, and quality metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary, Agriculture, Food Technology, or related field.
• 6 to 10 years of experience in the Poultry industry, with proven expertise in Poultry Pre-Mix plant operations.
• Hands-on experience in setting up, running, and managing pre-mix manufacturing units.
• Strong understanding of poultry nutrition and feed formulation is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
• Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.
