A leading healthcare provider in Dubai is seeking an experienced Charge Nurse to join their state-of-the-art clinic. In this role, you will lead a team of nursing staff, oversee clinical operations, and ensure high standards of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, a DHA License, and at least 5 years of nursing experience, including 2 years in a leadership position. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years as a practicing Registered Nurse in a clinical setting.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Charge Nurse or in a nursing leadership role.
- Fluency in English (spoken, written, and reading); Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Responsabilités
- Lead and coordinate a team of 8–15 nursing staff.
- Oversee daily clinical activities and provide mentorship.
- Act as a key liaison among multidisciplinary teams.
