We are looking for a dedicated MEP Technician to play a key role in our growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspect and diagnose issues with mechanical equipment such as pumps, valves, and piping systems
- Troubleshoot and repair leaks in pipes and fittings
- Install new mechanical equipment like air handlers, chillers, and boilers
- Install architectural interiors such as furniture, TVs, gypsum ceilings, and lighting fixtures
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, including panels, circuits, and wiring
- Diagnose issues with electrical equipment like motors, generators, and lighting systems
- Perform routine maintenance and safety tests
- Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures
- Inspect and diagnose issues with water heaters and plumbing equipment
- Ensure safety standards are met through testing and inspections
- Diploma or technical certification in MEP
- Proven UAE work experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong understanding of maintenance and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
