Job summary
A leading interior design firm in Sharjah is seeking an experienced Interior Design & Build Project Manager to oversee projects from concept through completion. You will coordinate with various teams and manage client communications while ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has over 6 years of experience in the UAE or GCC and strong leadership skills.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in Interior Design & Build / Fit-out in UAE or GCC.
- Proficiency in reading/interpreting drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong leadership and vendor management capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design & build projects from concept to handover.
- Coordinate teams to ensure timelines, budget, and quality.
- Act as the primary client point-of-contact to manage expectations.

Job description
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end interior design & build projects (commercial / corporate), from concept through execution to handover.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, site, MEP, and quality teams to ensure timelines, budget, and quality.
- Act as primary client point-of-contact; manage client expectations and communications.
- Monitor site progress, perform inspections, ensure compliance with safety & local regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and control BOQs, cost estimates, change orders, and variation management.
- Resolve project issues, risks, vendor delays proactively.
Qualifications
- 6+ years’ experience in Interior Design & Build / Fit-out in UAE or GCC.
- Prior projects with size ≥ 10,000 sqft or equivalent.
- Proficiency in reading / interpreting drawings, technical detailing, specification of finishes.
- Strong leadership, vendor management, quality control capabilities.
- Familiarity with Sharjah Municipality / relevant authorities' approvals.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).
