Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for Windows, MacOS, and basic Linux systems.
2. Troubleshoot hardware issues (desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals).
3. Resolve networking problems (IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WiFi).
4. Support MS Office, Office, and other common business applications.
5. Use remote support tools like RDP, TeamViewer, AnyDesk.
6. Manage users and groups via Active Directory.
7. Handle tickets using tools like ServiceNow and ManageEngine.
8. Configure and support email clients and mobile devices.
9. Apply knowledge of antivirus security and compliance protocols.
