Your Responsibilities:

  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and action plans to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Monitor team performance, prepare sales forecasts, and compile sales activity reports.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and prospects.

  • Support the sales team in negotiations, presentations, and technical equipment discussions.

  • Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.

  • Assist in preparing and reviewing quotations, tender documents, and equipment proposals.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of bids and contract documents.

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings.

  • Recommend improvements to sales strategies and product positioning.

  • Coordinate with logistics, service, and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of equipment and parts.

  • Monitor stock levels and backorders relevant to sales operations.

  • Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Follow up on delivered equipment to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.


To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in sales within the heavy equipment, construction, or industrial sector.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Sales experience

  • Managerial experience
