We are seeking a highly skilled NOC Application Engineer to ensure the stability and performance of mission‑critical applications in a fast‑paced IT operations environment. This role is pivotal in maintaining seamless service delivery and minimizing downtime for enterprise‑level systems.

As a NOC Application Engineer at eMinds, you will join a dynamic IT Operations team responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing production application environments. You will work with cutting‑edge tools like Dynatrace and ServiceNow, ensuring proactive incident management and root cause analysis. This position offers exposure to large‑scale enterprise systems, collaboration with cross‑functional teams, and opportunities to enhance your technical expertise in digital services and cybersecurity frameworks.

• Monitor application alerts and act as the first point of contact for incidents
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and system issues promptly
• Ensure stability, availability, and performance of critical applications
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed reports
• Document technical issues and communicate resolutions effectively
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement preventive measures and improvements

• Minimum 3 years' experience monitoring databases and applications in production environments
• Strong understanding of application concepts and incident triage
• Hands‑on experience with Dynatrace and ServiceNow
• Dynatrace Associate Certification (mandatory)
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work in a 24/7 operational environment

• Experience in NOC or similar IT operations roles
• Familiarity with ITIL processes for incident and problem management
• Knowledge of digital services and cybersecurity frameworks
• Exposure to configuration management tools
• Understanding of cloud‑based application monitoring
