A leading health services provider in Dubai is looking for a dedicated professional to assist in evaluating risk and pricing for SME new business and renewals. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills and knowledge of risk management to support the team in complying with underwriting guidelines and improving processes. This full-time role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focused on health and wellness.
Qualifications
- Experience in risk analysis and risk management.
- Familiarity with ISO standards and financial services.
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of information security.
Responsabilités
- Assist in evaluating risk and pricing new business and renewals.
- Learn to assess claims history and medical disclosures.
- Prepare Table of Benefits and inception documents.
Connaissances
- Assist in evaluating risk and price SME new business and renewals by working with relevant salespeople and account managers.
- Learn to assess claims history medical disclosures or other relevant data to make informed decisions.
- Prepare Table of Benefits and inception documents for renewals and new business inceptions.
- Learn market dynamics; understanding the competition the environment and clients needs.
- Support in ensuring UW guidelines meet compliance requirements from a pricing and benefit point of view.
- Participate in problem solving activities to define problems identify root causes suggest solutions for continuous improvements of processes and procedures to work more efficiently and effectively.
- Utilize and adhere to internal guidelines and procedures to ensure that all assigned work is processed in timely manner and meet compliant standards.
