Qualifications

• Previous experience with UAE Government Authority is mandatory.

• Excellent communication skills for both vendor and internal coordination are required.

Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process vendor invoices against POs and receipts.
• Prepare and process payments, ensuring timely payments to avoid interruptions.
• Reconcile supplier statements and bank accounts, resolving discrepancies.
• Assist with financial reporting, accruals, and month-end closing tasks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations (VAT, Corporate Tax).
• Act as a point of contact for supplier queries and maintain records.
• Provide documentation for internal and external audits.
