Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DHA Registered Nurse to join our Doctor On Time HomeCare team. In this essential role, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, ensuring their health and wellbeing through personalized care approaches.

• Deliver individualized nursing care to patients at home, which includes assessing their health conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as per care plans.
• Conduct comprehensive health assessments to identify patient needs and develop appropriate care plans in collaboration with healthcare providers.
• Educate patients and their families on health management, medication adherence, and disease prevention strategies.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes in their health status to the healthcare team.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and maintain a safe environment for patients.
• Document all care activities, maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Communicate effectively with patients and their families to support their understanding of care processes and decisions.

• Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
• Minimum insert number years of experience in nursing, preferably in home healthcare.
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of best practices in nursing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient-centered care.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home care environment.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
• Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Flexibility to travel to patients' homes and accommodate varying schedules.
