Key Responsibilities:
- Support Technicians and Mechanics in technical diagnostics and repairs.
- Diagnose and repair vehicle components to manufacturer specifications, including:
- Brake & hydraulic systems
- Fuel ignition and exhaust systems
- Suspension, alignment & air conditioning
- Electrical systems and ECUs
- Use diagnostic tools to assess vehicle performance and identify faults.
- Communicate complex technical information clearly to Service Advisors, customers, and team members.
- Stay updated on the latest technologies through regular training and development.
- Test repaired systems for performance accuracy and safety.
- Report additional issues not listed on job cards and inform the Service Advisor.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and parts departments for smooth workflow.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the workspace.
- Assist colleagues and contribute to team success by sharing knowledge and support.
- Report any unresolved technical issues to the Workshop Supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Certifications: Brand Diagnostics Certification is required.
- Experience: 3–4 years in a similar diagnostics role.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
