Job Description

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance checks, identifying potential issues before escalation.
• Collaborate with other automotive technicians to coordinate comprehensive vehicle repairs.
• Inspect and test wiring harnesses, sensors, and actuators for integrity and performance.
• Advise customers on possible electrical upgrades for improved vehicle performance.
• Document all repairs, tests, and installations meticulously for future reference.
• Stay informed about evolving automotive technologies and electrical systems innovations.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace that meets safety standards consistently.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing queries and concerns professionally.

Requirements

• Completion of a certified apprenticeship or training program in automotive electronics.
• A minimum of three years of hands-on experience in automotive electrical systems.
• Proficient using advanced diagnostic equipment and automotive software tools regularly.
• Excellent understanding of vehicle electronics, electrics, and mechanical components.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues.
• Good communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients.
