• Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment on visual and brand guidelines.
• Assist in the creation of various motion graphics, animations, and video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and presentations.
• Follow the animation style already created by senior designers, and apply new assets accordingly.
• Incorporate feedback from team members to refine and improve motion graphics projects.
• Translate content and scripts into storyboards/styleframes that align with general visual guidelines using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Adapt and iterate on existing designs to create variations and updates as needed.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve and innovate motion design output.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
• Manage and organize project files and assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Aware of video production tasks, including editing, color correction, and voice enhancing when needed.

• A strong portfolio with 3 years of experience showcasing your motion design skills, demonstrating your ability to create compelling visuals and replicate existing animations.
• Proficiency in industry-standard motion design and video editing software, such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of the basic design principles, typography hierarchy, and layout compositing.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and an eye for visual aesthetics.
• 3 years of experience in motion design, with a proven ability to create engaging motion graphic visuals/videos and replicate existing animations effectively.
• Experience with 3D After Effects motion graphics and knowledge of 3D software like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of video compression, file formats, plugins, and best practices for optimizing content for digital platforms.
• Ability to storyboard concepts and visualize motion sequences before execution.
• Familiarity with SFX and basic audio editing skills.
• Ensure smooth animations by utilizing and fine-tuning edit graphs.
• Stay updated and knowledgeable about AI tools related to motion graphics and video editing.
• An exceptional alliance builder who can build strong relationships internally with the different knowledge content owners to ensure being kept updated in a timely and accurate manner.
• Can assess the needs of the different recipients of content being created and ensure that it delivers maximum impact while balancing easy accessibility and simple delivery.
• Can build awareness of the priorities of the business and is able to define the relative criticality of the different knowledge items she/he is handling and the relative order for consumption by users.
• Ability to deliver under pressure and against tight deadlines
