The role involves leading design efforts on projects, managing a diverse team, and ensuring effective client communication. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Façade Engineering and extensive Façade design experience. Competitive salary and relocation support offered.

Fantastic opportunity to work for a globally renowned Engineering Consultancy as a Façade Design/Technical Manager on recently acquired projects across the UAE and Middle East.
My client is looking for a Façade Design/Technical Manager to lead the design side of projects and interact with clients and report back to the Façade Director with updates on projects and changes to the design.
AED30-40,000 Per Month + Flights + Medical + Gratuity, you will need to pay for accommodation and transport but my client will supply initial hotel stay and relocation flights.
For the Design Managers position my client requires someone to manage the design and coordination side of the business.
For the Technical Managers positions my client requires someone to manage the engineering and technical side of the business.
- You must be degree qualified within Architecture or Façade Engineering.
- Have at least 8 years technical design Façade experience.
- Must have experience of interacting with clients and leading a multi-national team of designers.
- Preferred previously Middle East experience but not essential.
- Must have very good communication skills (English).
Please note this is an Architectural design opportunity requiring candidate specifically with extensive experience with the design of Façades on a building.
