Job summary
A leading construction consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Project Manager for developing community facilities in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will manage multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with budget and quality requirements. Successful applicants should have over 15 years of experience, including significant time spent in the Middle East, and possess a strong skill set in project and construction management. Fluency in English is essential, while Arabic is advantageous.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years overall experience.
- Minimum 10 years in a similar role.
- Minimum 5 years of experience working in the Middle East.
- Sound knowledge of operational aspects of buildings.
- Experience in project management and construction management.
Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of delivering one or more projects.
- Manage construction contractors' methodologies and programs.
- Coordinate logistics, permitting, commissioning and handover activities.
- Monitor performance of construction supervisors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports and dashboards.
