Job Purpose

Provides development expertise across various streams in the software development domain. Responsible for implementation and quality automation of ISA's software products. Assists in delivering software projects and adopting emerging technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver software products and components, contributing to technology stack, design, development, deployment, and automated testing.
• Collaborate with product teams, project managers, and IT solutions managers to translate business needs into technical solutions in line with ISA's architectural principles.
• Review technical documentation, user guides, and system specifications to ensure quality and compliance.
• Assist in architectural design reviews and provide feedback.
• Identify and implement necessary technical tools and languages for design execution.
• Ensure user interfaces meet requirements and are properly implemented.

Additional Responsibilities

• Adopt best practices, explore new trends, and incorporate emerging technologies to benefit ISA clients.
• Implement remedies and preventative measures in line with architecture standards.
• Support ISA teams in meeting service levels and provide status reports.
• Promote knowledge sharing within ISA to empower team members.
• Maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
• Participate in technology decision-making processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Fluent in English.

Work Experience

• Minimum 3 years in software development, with at least 2 years as a DevOps Engineer.
• Experience in heterogeneous technology environments and different tech stacks.
• Knowledge of DevOps principles and CI/CD processes.
• Experience designing solutions for IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS environments.
• Experience with cloud environments and system configuration.
• Understanding of production operations and site reliability engineering.
• Technical leadership and solutions design experience.
• Strong object-oriented programming skills and proficiency in at least one programming language.
• Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to contribute to business strategies and KPIs.
