We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse with home care experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential nursing support and ensure high-quality patient care in a home setting.

• Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitor and record patients' vital signs and health status.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises.
• Provide wound care and other medical procedures under supervision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in home care nursing.
• Valid NA license.
• Strong understanding of home care practices and hygiene standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to detail.
• Ability to work independently and handle emergencies.
