DP World is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage facilities and infrastructure across Jebel Ali Port Terminals. You will coordinate with DP World representatives, maintenance teams, contractors, and internal departments to address maintenance needs and ensure smooth operations.

The role requires regular site inspections, strong coordination skills and experience with CAFM/CMMS systems. A UAE driving license and a degree in engineering are preferred for this position.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Experience in hard facilities management/infrastructure maintenance is desirable.
• Familiarity with CAFM/CMMS systems and MS Office applications is beneficial.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities management and infrastructure activities across assigned zones.
• Act as a coordination point between DP World, We One maintenance teams, third-party service providers and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, roads and external areas to identify maintenance needs and defects.
• Coordinate with Terminal Operations, Engineering, Projects, HSE, Security and Traffic Management as required.
• Follow up on client requests, complaints, and outstanding maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain updated inspection records, corrective actions and pending activities.
