Job summary

DP World Jebel Ali Port Terminals in the UAE is seeking a Facilities Management Coordinator to oversee zone management, site inspections and contractor coordination. You will monitor infrastructure, coordinate assets, and ensure timely completion of work orders while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Essential: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Proven experience in hard facilities management and zone/site coordination.
• Strong knowledge of CAFM/CMMS, SLAs and KPIs.
• Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day facilities management and infrastructure across zones.
• Manage contractor/service-provider coordination and site visits.
• Monitor infrastructure, roads, drainage and external areas for maintenance needs.
• Oversee work orders, progress tracking and action closure in CAFM/CMMS.
• Support project coordination, snag inspections and completion verification.
• Maintain asset records and provide condition reporting.
• Ensure HSE, security, permits-to-work compliance and emergency readiness.
• Prepare reports, meeting minutes and client communications.
