Job summary

IFZA Dubai is seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with strong expertise in Zoho CRM to design, configure, automate, and integrate CRM solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. You will work on Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM APIs, and cross-application integrations to translate business needs into scalable CRM architecture.

The role requires hands-on development with Zoho CRM, experience with automation, and a solid understanding of sales, finance, and operations processes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, and relationships.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Zoho Developer with strong expertise in Zoho CRM to design, configure, automate, and integrate business-critical CRM solutions across the Zoho ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of Deluge scripting, Zoho CRM APIs, and integration best practices with a strong understanding of sales, finance, and operational processes, and can translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable CRM architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and customize Zoho CRM modules, layouts, fields, and relationships to support internal business processes across sales, finance, and operations.
• Build and maintain automation using workflow rules, blueprints, approval processes, schedules, and custom functions to streamline business operations.
• Write and optimize Deluge scripts for validation, automation, and advanced business logic within CRM and related Zoho applications.
• Integrate Zoho CRM with Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho People, Zoho Analytics, and third-party systems through REST APIs, webhooks, and Zoho Flow.
• Develop custom functions, connections, and marketplace-style widgets to extend CRM capabilities beyond native configuration.
• Configure and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to give stakeholders clear visibility into pipeline, revenue, and operational metrics.
• Manage data integrity through deduplication, validation rules, field mapping, and controlled import/export and migration processes.
• Implement role- and profile-based access control, data-sharing rules, and security best practices across the CRM environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing CRM automations, integrations, and customizations to ensure reliable performance.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for modules, workflows, data models, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and contribute to process automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Zoho CRM development and administration.
• Proficient in Deluge scripting, with the ability to write clean, reusable, and well-documented code.
• Strong command of Zoho CRM automation: workflow rules, blueprints, approval processes, schedules, and custom functions.
• Solid understanding of the Zoho CRM REST API, connections, webhooks, and Zoho Flow for building custom integrations (using tools such as Postman or scripting languages).
• Experience integrating Zoho CRM with Zoho Books, Zoho Creator, Zoho Analytics, or other Zoho applications for cross-application workflows.
• Good understanding of CRM data modeling, module relationships, and role/profile-based user permissions.
• Ability to analyze business workflows and translate them into clear technical specifications.
• Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, or other web technologies is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise-grade or multi-team Zoho CRM deployments and CRM administration at scale.
• Familiarity with Zoho Catalyst, Zoho Sigma, client scripts, or CRM widget development is advantageous.
• Exposure to CRM data migration, sandbox-to-production deployment, and change management practices.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
