Job Title: Yoga Instructor/Spa Therapist

The Yoga Instructor/Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering high-quality service to guests at every stage of their Yoga and spa experience, supporting the operations of the Conrad Spa.

What will I be doing?

As a Yoga Instructor, your responsibilities include:

• Providing guests with excellent service throughout their Yoga experience
• Greeting guests upon arrival at the Yoga/Meditation Centre
• Assisting guests with Yoga equipment and advising on its use
• Checking for any injuries or medical conditions that may affect Yoga activities
• Maintaining Yoga equipment in a neat, clean, and hygienic condition
• Adhering to hygiene standards and ensuring the cleanliness of the Yoga Centre
• Upholding grooming standards and professional conduct
• Participating in ongoing training to update skills
• Performing any other duties as assigned

As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities include:

• Performing massages, beauty treatments, and wellness therapies
• Maintaining detailed records of treatments for each guest
• Communicating effectively with guests during treatments
• Addressing guest complaints and reporting incidents
• Sanitizing work areas and sterilizing equipment
• Explaining treatments to guests and offering recommendations
• Managing spa supplies and reporting shortages
• Checking guests' medical conditions and allergies prior to treatments

What are we looking for?

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• High standards of presentation and service orientation
• Proven experience as a Yoga Instructor and Spa Therapist
• Licenses in massage therapy, cosmetology, or aesthetics
• CPR and First Aid certifications (advantageous)
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and massage techniques
