Key Responsibilities

• Conduct yoga classes for individuals and groups of varying skill levels.
• Design and deliver safe and effective yoga routines and programs.
• Demonstrate proper posture, breathing techniques, and meditation practices.
• Guide clients in improving flexibility, strength, balance, and mindfulness.
• Modify exercises to suit individual needs and fitness levels.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and relaxing class environment.
• Provide feedback and guidance to help clients improve their practice.
• Stay updated with modern yoga techniques and wellness trends.
• Assist in organizing wellness workshops, retreats, or fitness events when required.
• Ensure proper setup and maintenance of yoga equipment and studio space.

Requirements

• Certification in Yoga Instruction from a recognized institution.
• Previous experience as a Yoga Instructor is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of yoga styles such as Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, or Yin Yoga.
