Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Permitting & NOC Engineer for a large-scale Yas Island project in Abu Dhabi. You will own end-to-end permit submissions, manage multi‑authority approvals, and coordinate with design consultants to ensure timely NOC closure.

You will navigate TASAREEH, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT and DM portals, respond to authority comments, and drive approvals while maintaining rigorous document control and stakeholder communication. UAE driving license mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil, urban planning, architecture or related field.
• Experience with Abu Dhabi permit processes and multi‑authority approvals.
• Hands-on with Abu Dhabi portals including TASAREEH, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, DM.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit permit applications and NOC requests to Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Coordinate with design consultants to verify drawings and reports.
• Track submissions, respond to comments, and manage approvals end‑to‑end.
• Escalate delays and maintain NOC/permitting trackers for the project.
