Job summary

Nova International General Contracting is seeking a Permitting & NOC Engineer to lead all Abu Dhabi authority permit submissions for a Yas Island residential Design & Build development. You will own the end-to-end process from portal submissions to approvals, coordinating with design consultants and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in permitting and multi-authority approvals, direct portal experience (TASAREEH, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, DM), and strong English communication; Arabic is a

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, urban planning, architecture or related field required.
• 8+ years in permitting, NOC management and multi-authority approvals in Abu Dhabi.
• Direct submissions on TASAREEH, ADDC, ADSSC, DOT, DM portals essential.
• English fluency; Arabic a plus; UAE driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, submit and track permit and NOC applications to Abu Dhabi authorities.
• Coordinate with design consultants and internal teams to assemble complete packages.
• Follow up on portal cases, respond to authorities, and close out permits.
• Maintain trackers, report status to Project Director and PMO.
