Job summary

AW Rostamani Group in Dubai is seeking a Yard Marshall to oversee vehicle movements in the yard area, directing traffic and ensuring safe loading and unloading operations. The role includes basic quality checks on vehicles and adherence to yard rules during daily operations.

The candidate should have a UAE driving license, good attention to detail, and the stamina for long hours outdoors. A secondary diploma or automotive training is preferred, with prior yard experience a plus.

Qualifications

• Requires UAE light vehicle driving license and basic math knowledge.
• Ability to focus on vehicle models, specifications, colours, and quickly identify defects.
• Strong observational skills and quick learning ability.
• Willingness to work long hours in hot outdoor yard conditions.

Responsibilities

• Drive vehicles between points as directed by daily instructions.
• Ensure adherence to yard rules and safety; oversee safety of people and vehicles.
• Perform basic quality inspections on vehicles in the yard.
• Support ad-hoc operational tasks as requested by supervisor.
