Job summary

ECS | Enterprise Change Specialists is seeking an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to lead Oracle Retail Xstore and SIOCS implementations and ongoing support for retail stores and inventory systems.

You will bring a minimum of 5 years' hands-on experience, strong functional knowledge across POS flows, inventory movements, integrations with OMS/RMS/loyalty and payment providers, and be adept at SIT/UAT, go-live activities, and hyper care.

Qualifications

• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail Xstore (POS flows, tenders, promotions, returns, store operations)
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Retail SIOCS (inventory movements, receiving, transfers, stock counting)
• Experience integrating Xstore and SIOCS with OMS, RMS, loyalty, and payment providers
• Knowledge of payment integrations and end-to-end POS transaction flows
• Hands-on SIT and UAT cycles, test scenario preparation, execution, and defect management
• Experience in store rollouts, go-live support, and hyper care

Responsibilities

• Act as a techno-functional SME for Xstore and SIOCS across projects and support initiatives
• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Support enhancements, feature rollouts, and configuration changes in Xstore and SIOCS
• Coordinate and support system integrations between POS, inventory, and other retail systems
• Prepare and execute SIT and UAT test scenarios, and manage defect triage with technical teams
• Support production issues, perform functional analysis, and coordinate resolution with relevant teams
• Assist in release validation and post-deployment support
• Work closely with business users, product teams, and technical teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Create and maintain functional documentation, process flows, and interface validation documents
• Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple parallel workstreams
