Job summary

EVS Electric Vehicle Services in Dubai is seeking a Workshop Manager to run daily operations across EV/Hybrid service bays. You will lead technicians, coordinate parts, enforce high‑voltage safety, and drive customer satisfaction while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires 5–7 years in managing a car workshop (EV or luxury preferred), UAE experience, and a valid UAE driving license. Salary is variable based on experience; relocation and housing support available under UAE labor laws.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience managing a car workshop (EV, hybrid, or luxury brands preferred).
• Good practical knowledge of EV batteries, high-voltage systems, and diagnostic tools.
• Strong leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• EV safety certification (IMI Level 3/4 or OEM training) is a strong plus.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Valid UAE driving license required.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints directly and resolve issues quickly.
