Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Senior Manager to lead budget management and reporting for workforce costs, headcount planning, and HR analytics across the organization.

You will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to deliver insightful dashboards, drive budget governance, and support strategic planning through robust financial models.

The role requires 10–12 years of relevant experience, advanced Excel skills, and a proactive, data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, HR, business administration, economics, or related field.
• 10–12 years of experience in Budget Management, Reporting, Workforce Planning, HR Budgeting, or Human Capital Planning.
• Experience with manpower budgeting, workforce planning, payroll budgeting, and headcount forecasting.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis skills; Excel proficiency.
• Experience collaborating with HR and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes for workforce-related expenditure.
• Manage manpower and payroll budgets, and headcount planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports and dashboards.
• Perform budget variance analysis and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with HR and leaders to support workforce planning and resource optimization.
• Develop workforce models and planning scenarios.
• Ensure adherence to budget governance and reporting requirements.
• Present findings to senior management.
