Job summary

Transguard Workforce Solutions is seeking a Senior Manager Budget Management & Reporting for a Dubai-based client on a 6 months extendable contract. You will consolidate the annual manpower budget (AED 1.2 Bn+) and ensure governance and reporting in line with DoF rules.

The role requires managing day-to-day budget transactions, providing forecasts, and delivering insights to stakeholders using Hyperion, Finsight and GRP platforms.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of end-to-end Budget Management.
• Knowledge of Department of Finance (DoF) systems/process/governance.
• Knowledge of HR policy/salary & benefits/cost elements.

Responsibilities

• Consolidate annual manpower budget in coordination with OD & Workforce Planning team.
• Ensure data upload in Hyperion & Finsight aligns with approved budget.
• Manage monthly forecasts in Finsight and monitor budget consumption.
• Provide insights on variances and suggest corrective actions.
• Generate reports for Budget in Hyperion, Finsight and GRP for stakeholders.
