Job summary

Imbono is seeking a Workday Technical Specialist to lead design, configuration, implementation, and integration of Workday HCM solutions across the organisation. The role partners with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure secure, compliant, scalable Workday modules and payroll interfaces in deployed countries.

The position requires hands-on Workday configuration, integration design, testing coordination, and continuous improvement to support Imbono’s people strategy and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Workday HCM implementation and integration experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Extend, Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation, enhancement, and ongoing support of Workday HCM modules.
• Coordinate testing (unit, system, UAT) and document results.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and vendors to optimize Workday solutions.
