Job summary

Tanqeeb is seeking an organized Factory/Production Coordinator to support daily production activities in our Dramatic Doors workshop. You will monitor CNC operators, carpenters, polishers, and other workers on the factory floor and ensure production stays on schedule.

You will maintain bills and expenses, update tasks in the project management software, and coordinate with purchasing and admin to meet material and production requirements. Strong record-keeping and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in factory coordination or production coordination.
• Proficient with Excel and basic business applications.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Able to manage multiple production activities and records.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily work of CNC operators, carpenters, and other workers.
• Coordinate production activities and follow up on tasks.
• Update progress in the company software and maintain records.
• Collect invoices, bills and supporting documents and file properly.
• Track production stages from wood prep to final assembly.
• Report delays or issues to management and follow up on actions.
• Maintain daily production progress reports and coordinate material needs.
