Job summary

You will lead and mentor a team of carpenters, implement strict quality control, manage materials inventory and equipment maintenance, and enforce safety and compliance with building codes.

Qualifications

• Certifications in safety, quality control, or project management.
• 5+ years of carpentry factory environment experience.
• Degree or diploma in carpentry, wood technology, or a related field.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a factory environment.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee carpentry production processes from raw materials to finished products.
• Implement and maintain quality control measures at every stage.
• Manage and mentor a team of carpenters.
• Manage inventory of raw materials, tools, and equipment.
• Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Maintain factory equipment and perform timely repairs.
