Job summary

Black Pearl Consult is seeking a Junior Factory Production Coordinator in Dubai to support daily production across carpentry, metal, upholstery, aluminum and painting departments. You will monitor shop floor progress and coordinate between teams to ensure timely execution of tasks.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years’ joinery manufacturing or factory coordination experience, can read basic shop drawings, and communicates effectively while updating ERP records and reports.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years’ experience in joinery manufacturing or factory coordination.
• Basic understanding of joinery production processes.
• Ability to read basic shop drawings.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
• Good communication and basic computer knowledge (Excel preferred).

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Junior Factory Production Coordinator to support daily production activities across all factory departments including carpentry, metal, upholstery, aluminum, and painting. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring shop floor progress, coordinating between departments, and ensuring timely execution of production tasks.
