Job summary

Baker Hughes is seeking a Services Specialist - Wireline to join our on-site team in the UAE. You will execute wireline operations, maintain tools, and provide real-time support while ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in wireline field operations, hands-on Sondex tool experience, and a technical degree. You will work in remote rigs with a strong safety culture and collaborative teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–6 years of wireline field operations experience.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or related discipline.
• Hands-on Sondex tool experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Execute wireline operations per program, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Ensure tools are fit-for-job and equipment maintained and handed over.
• Perform tool prep, assembly, testing, and real-time support during jobs.
• Support equipment readiness through proper usage and field maintenance by identifying issues early.
• Maintain accurate job reports and equipment status updates.
