Job summary

Mounee Consulting Services Private Limited seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead wind energy projects from planning to execution. You will coordinate Engineering, Construction, Procurement, QA/QC, HSE and Commissioning teams to meet contractual commitments and ensure safe, on-time delivery.

The role requires a minimum of 10 years in energy project PM, with at least 5 years in wind plant construction, plus a electrical/mechanical/civil engineering degree and PMP/IPMA or equivalent

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/mechanical/civil engineering.
• PMP or IPMA certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in project management of energy projects.
• At least 5 years in wind plant construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project planning, execution, monitoring and completion.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, HSE and Commissioning.
• Ensure delivery within approved budget and schedule.
• Manage client, consultant and stakeholder interfaces effectively.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, environmental and safety standards.
• Develop risk management and mitigation strategies.
• Review and approve project progress reports and financial updates.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and team development.
