Job summary

DiceTek UAE is seeking a WFM Platform Engineering Lead in Dubai to own the engineering delivery of workforce management platforms. This role requires strong expertise in backend engineering, particularly with Java and Node.js, and a deep understanding of HR technology stacks.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years experience in software engineering within enterprise environments.
• At least 4 years experience building HR or WFM platforms.
• Hands-on experience operating production services at scale.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering delivery of WFM platforms and integrations.
• Automate repetitive WFM tasks.
• Maintain and optimise data pipelines and reporting dashboards.

Skills

Backend engineering skills using Java

Backend engineering skills using Node.js with TypeScript

Experience designing distributed systems

Strong understanding of HR and WFM technology stacks

Secure use of LLM‑assisted development tools

Education
