Job summary

DiceTek UAE in Dubai is seeking a Principal Full Stack Engineer to lead the architecture and development of a multi-cloud FinOps platform. You will be responsible for defining the technical architecture, ensuring compliance, and mentoring senior engineers.

The ideal candidate has over 12 years of software engineering experience, including cloud platform expertise in Azure, AWS, and OCI. Competitive compensation is offered aligned with the UAE technology market.

Qualifications

• 12 years of software engineering experience with 5 years in principal or staff engineer roles.
• 5 years of cloud platform experience preferably Azure with exposure to AWS and OCI.
• 3 years of experience in data engineering and lakehouse architecture design.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise‑scale cloud platforms from design to production.
• Expert‑level proficiency in React, Python and TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the technical architecture for a multi‑cloud FinOps platform spanning Azure, AWS and OCI.
• Lead architectural decisions for data lakehouse design, API layers and frontend applications.
• Establish engineering standards, design patterns and best practices across the development team.
• Conduct architecture reviews aligned with enterprise security and compliance frameworks.
