A leading international hospital in Dubai is seeking experienced and dedicated PICU Nurses to join its high-performing pediatric critical care team. This is a unique opportunity for Western-trained nurses to contribute to cutting-edge pediatric care in a multicultural, state-of-the-art environment.
As a PICU Nurse, you will provide specialized, compassionate care to critically ill children and adolescents, playing a vital role in stabilizing and supporting patients during life-threatening conditions. You will work alongside a world-class team of pediatric intensivists and allied health professionals.
Deliver expert nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit setting.
Continuously monitor patients' conditions and respond swiftly to emergencies.
Administer medications, manage ventilators, and use advanced life-support technologies.
Collaborate with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other care providers to ensure a coordinated and individualized approach to care.
Support and educate families during critical care episodes with empathy and clear communication.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic medical systems.
Uphold international clinical standards, patient safety practices, and infection control procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from a recognized institution.
Active and valid nursing license in home country or country of practice.
Minimum of 2 years’ recent experience in a Level II or III Pediatric ICU.
BLS and PALS certification required; ACLS is an asset.
Preference given to nurses trained and licensed in the UK, Ireland, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, or South Africa.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations.
Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity in a diverse care setting.
