Job summary

Rixos Hotels in Dubai seeks an experienced Sales Manager – Western Europe (WEU) to join the GCC Regional Sales team and drive revenue growth across our All Inclusive Collection properties.

You will develop relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and luxury partners in Western Europe, identify new business opportunities, and support the commercial strategy. Fluency in German and strong English are required, with international travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role within hospitality or luxury travel.
• Strong knowledge and established relationships within the Western European market.
• Fluency in German is required, both written and spoken.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with luxury hotels, resorts or international hospitality brands is preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially minded with understanding of market segmentation, account management and revenue generation.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with regional and property-based teams.
• Proactive, energetic and results-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and fast-paced regional environment.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales activities for Western European markets in line with regional strategy.
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs and luxury partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue.
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, presentations and account reviews.
• Represent Rixos & All Inclusive Collection at trade shows and events.
• Maintain understanding of market trends, competitor activity and customer behaviour.
• Support regional and hotel teams to meet sales objectives.
• Develop and implement tactical sales campaigns and market initiatives.
• Maintain accurate account info and reporting in relevant systems.
• Prepare regular sales updates, market intelligence and performance reports.
• Conduct familiarisation trips and site inspections for key partners.
