Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf is seeking an experienced Sales Manager – Western Europe (WEU) to join the GCC Regional Sales team. The role focuses on developing business from Western European markets, strengthening partner relationships, and driving revenue across Rixos & All Inclusive Collection properties in the GCC.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Western European travel and luxury hospitality sector, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to travel internationally as required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German (written and spoken)
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken)
• Previous experience in sales within hospitality or luxury travel is required
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel internationally as required for sales missions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales activities for Western European markets in line with regional strategy
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, DMCs, corporate accounts and luxury partners
• Identify new business opportunities to increase market share and revenue across GCC properties
• Conduct regular sales calls, meetings, presentations and account reviews
• Represent the brand at trade shows, roadshows and industry events
• Maintain market intelligence and reporting, including performance updates
