Job summary

Rixos Hotels Gulf seeks an experienced Senior Sales Manager to grow business from the GAS markets (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) across the All-Inclusive Collection. You will develop strategic partnerships, drive revenue growth, and lead negotiations with key trade partners, reporting to regional and property teams.

Fluency in German and English is mandatory. Key responsibilities include planning sales calls, attending trade shows, organizing familiarisation trips, and maintaining CRM records.

Qualifications

• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience in hotel sales for GAS markets.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, resorts or all-inclusive hotels is desirable.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, relationship management and communication skills.
• A commercially focused approach with ability to analyse performance.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales action plans for GAS markets in line with revenue targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, wholesalers and other trade partners.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities while strengthening production from existing accounts.
• Lead account negotiations and coordinate contracting with hotel sales and revenue teams.
• Plan and conduct sales calls, client meetings, product presentations, roadshows and market visits.
• Represent Rixos Hotels & All-Inclusive Collection at trade shows and networking events.
• Organise familiarisation trips and site inspections to showcase the portfolio.
• Monitor account production, booking trends, competitor activity and market developments.
• Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams on targeted campaigns.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, account development plans, sales forecasts and activity reports.
• Coordinate with property teams to ensure smooth handover of confirmed business.
• Manage sales activities and travel within allocated budget.
