Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Welder role based in Dubai. The Welder will perform daily welding activities, including reading and interpreting technical drawings and weld symbols, preparing materials and work surfaces, and selecting the appropriate welding process and equipment for each job. Responsibilities include executing high-quality welds on various metals, inspecting and testing welds for accuracy and strength, and performing basic maintenance on welding tools and machinery. The Welder will follow safety standards, comply with company procedures, work closely with supervisors and other team members, and support fabrication, repair, and installation tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Strong practical skills in Welding, including experience with Arc Welding and general welding techniques.
• Hands-on expertise in TIG Welding and MIG Welding for different applications and material thicknesses.
• Knowledge of Materials, including properties of common metals, alloys, and appropriate welding consumables.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding specifications.
• Commitment to occupational health and safety standards, including use of PPE and safe work practices.
• Previous experience in industrial, fabrication, or construction environments is highly beneficial.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in welding or metal fabrication is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, collaborate with diverse teams, and complete tasks with attention to detail and quality.
