Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in trading product roles and understanding of spot/futures trading systems.
- Deep knowledge of order matching engines, trading workflows, and core trading logic.
- Strong product design skills with ability to drive 0-to-1 product planning and execution.
- Proactive in staying updated with crypto markets and industry trends.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, design, and iteration of spot trading products.
- Drive end-to-end implementation of new trading features and improve user experience.
- Explore AI-powered trading tools such as smart order routing and market analysis.
- Develop deep understanding of trading system logic, order states, and market depth management.
- Define strategic direction for onchain trading initiatives (CeDeFi) and DeFi integrations.
- Lead productization of asset classes like RWA, tokenized stocks, and onchain yield products.
