Job summary

Smart Zone is seeking an experienced Web Developer with strong SEO and Zoho development skills to join our UAE team. You will design, build and maintain responsive websites, optimize SEO performance, and customize Zoho CRM and related tools to improve operations.

You will integrate Zoho with our sites and internal systems, automate workflows, and collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver secure, scalable digital solutions across the business setup industry in Dubai.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of professional web development experience, preferably in UAE and business setup industry.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP and related frameworks.
• Hands-on Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge, and customization of Zoho modules/workflows.
• Experience integrating Zoho with websites, APIs and third-party platforms.
• Strong SEO knowledge including on-page optimization and site structure.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain responsive, high-performing websites.
• Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and traffic.
• Develop, customize and maintain Zoho applications (CRM, Creator) to streamline processes.
• Integrate Zoho with websites, third-party platforms and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Design, develop, and maintain responsive, user-friendly, and high-performing websites to enhance the company's online presence.
• SEO Optimization: Implement SEO best practices to improve website rankings, organic traffic, and search engine visibility.
• Zoho Development: Develop, customize, and maintain Zoho applications, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and other relevant Zoho tools, to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.
• System Integration: Integrate Zoho applications with company websites, third-party platforms, and internal systems to ensure seamless data flow and automation.
• Automation and Customization: Create custom workflows, functions, and business process automations using Zoho Deluge and other relevant tools.
• Content Management: Manage and update website content, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and consistency with the company's branding and messaging.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor website and application performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to improve speed, functionality, and user experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 4-5 years of professional experience in web development, preferably within the UAE and the business setup industry.
• Web Development Skills: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and other relevant web development languages and frameworks.
• Zoho Development Skills: Hands-on experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, Zoho Deluge, custom modules, workflows, functions, and application customization.
• Integration Skills: Experience integrating Zoho applications with websites, APIs, and third-party platforms.
• SEO Knowledge: Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page optimization, keyword implementation, website structure, and search engine performance.
• CMS Proficiency: Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Automation Skills: Ability to develop automated workflows and customized solutions to improve business processes.
• Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Communication: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
