Job summary

Client of Blue Hat HR Services LLC in Dubai is seeking a skilled Zoho Developer to design, customize and administer Zoho applications to improve business efficiency. The role focuses on Zoho Creator, CRM, Projects and Desk with strong Deluge scripting and API integration capabilities.

You will configure workflows, automate processes, and build dashboards while ensuring security and performance across Zoho apps. A degree in a related field and multi-year Zoho experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of Zoho Development experience.
• Minimum 2 years of Zoho Administration experience.
• Zoho Creator certification is a plus.
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho Creator, Zoho CRM, Zoho Projects and Zoho Desk.
• Proficiency in Deluge scripting.
• Experience with REST APIs, webhooks and third-party integrations.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and business process optimization.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Design develop and maintain applications using Zoho Creator Low-Code Platform Customize and manage Zoho CRM modules workflows blueprints automation and reports Administer and optimize Zoho Projects for project tracking and team collaboration Configure and support Zoho Desk to enhance customer support operations Develop custom functions using Deluge scripting Integrate Zoho applications with third-party systems and APIs Create dashboards reports and analytics to support business decision-making Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support Ensure data accuracy security and system performance across Zoho applications Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Zoho solutions Document system configurations workflows and processes
