Responsibilities

• Deliver wealth management services to Citi Private Bank clients with guidance from Banker teams.
• Manage and execute client transactions with respect to business and individual banking, credit and investment products; ensure audits and compliance.
• Own client investigations and collaborate with operations and middle office for effective resolution.
• Coordinate account maintenance and reporting in Citi systems; update addresses, contact details, and account status.
• Enforce banking policies to ensure operational integrity while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Proactively arrange client visits and conduct service quality check-in calls.
• Obtain banker/client appointments to expand relationships.
• Identify and document new business opportunities for referrals.
• Perform tasks through Citi applications and contribute to process improvements.
• Assess risk in business decisions, ensuring compliance with laws and Citi policies.
