Job summary

ADIB - Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank is seeking a Support & Quality Officer to provide centralized operational support across Priority and Wealth Centers in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on service delivery, regulatory compliance, risk control, and process improvements within the wealth management framework.

You will coordinate with multiple stakeholders, oversee critical case management, and ensure smooth onboarding, KYC, and account maintenance processes in line with UAE regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years’ experience in Retail Banking Products & Operations.
• Hands-on experience in frontline banking operations, including customer onboarding, KYC documentation, and account maintenance in line with internal policies and UAE Central Bank regulations.
• Experience in supporting wealth and retail banking activities, including coordination with Relationship Managers, handling investment-related documentation, and managing discrepancies and follow-ups with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide centralized operational support to Priority & Wealth Centers, ensure service delivery and governance.
• Coordinate with frontline to close pending cases, discrepancies, and remediation items.
• Act as a focal point between Priority/Wealth Centers and internal stakeholders (GCD, ICD, HR, Operations, Legal, ORM, Training).
• Guide and support new joiners during onboarding and address inquiries.
• Highlight critical issues and recommend corrective action plans.
