Job summary

ADIB Group is seeking a high-caliber Unit Head Wealth & Priority Coverage Advisory to lead a team of Senior Investment Advisers and Advisors across Dubai, Sharjah and the Northern Emirates. The role drives wealth advisory quality, portfolio reviews, and suitable investment recommendations aligned with client risk tolerance.

You will partner with front-line Wealth & Priority teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards while supporting growth of UHNW/HNW client portfolios through expert

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; CFA/CAIA preferred.
• Experience leading investment advisory teams.
• Strong knowledge of wealth management strategies and investment products.
• Excellent communication with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Investment Advisors in Dubai, Sharjah & Northern Emirates.
• Oversee client portfolio reviews and asset allocations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high sales quality.
• Provide market insights and training to front-line teams.
• Collaborate with Capital team to tailor investment solutions.
