Job summary

OME Real Estate in Dubai, UAE is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team. We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable professional with solid accounting experience in the real estate industry.

You will manage daily accounting transactions, handle AP/AR, prepare invoices and reconciliations, track expenses and cash flow, and assist with monthly financial reporting. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, plus strong attention to detail, are essential.

Qualifications

• Real estate accounting experience is mandatory.
• Previous experience in restaurant/hospitality accounting is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, and financial records.
• Good understanding of commissions, invoices, payments, and expense tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple financial tasks.
