Job summary

TASC Outsourcing is seeking a Water Operations Operator to support safe and efficient operation of water treatment systems, pumping stations, wells, and distribution assets.

The role emphasizes equipment operation, control-room monitoring, emergency response, water quality monitoring, and adherence to safety and SOPs. Candidates should have a diploma in a technical field and hands-on experience with water systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher diploma in a relevant technical discipline.
• Experience with water treatment, pumping stations, wells, or distribution systems preferred.
• Strong understanding of control systems and monitoring equipment.
• Ability to interpret water quality results and SOPs.
• Exposure to RO processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control equipment and systems in water treatment and distribution.
• Monitor control panels, instrumentation, and computer-based systems.
• Respond to alarms, failures, and water quality issues.
• Maintain operational logs, maintenance records, and data.
• Ensure health, safety and emergency procedures are followed.
• Support continuous improvement of procedures and processes.
